About me
My story:
I am immigrant. I still remember that when I came to Australia. I felt lonely.I lost purpose, I felt depressed for a while.
I felt that I drown in the ocean and just tried to just breath from deep ocean. Of course, I were quire poor as a student. I tried very hard to find different sorts of job. From cleaners, shop lifted, cashier, waitress, car washer, baby sitters, house painters…….It took me a long time to find my life propose.
I used local library and read most of property investing books. My journey began with one single old property. I made a lot of mistakes during my journey. It was not perfect at all. To some extent, I challenged my ability again and again. I experienced renovation, flip, development of property. Now, I can retire if I could. But I still work, learning and investing. Believe in me and you need purpose of life, you need community and version. It is more than money and retirement. You can have choice.
My version
Financial education is more important than money. I created my financial blog to write down my life lessons and experience about finance and learning. Investment today is a source of income of tomorrow. I believe that wealthy is not belong to any privilege people. It belongs to all of us. All the ordinary people who wish to change, to learn, to develop their own knowledge.
Wealthy is ability to create multi-resource income. Wealthy is not just money. It is ability, mindset, personal development, knowledge. There is a limit to how much you can save, but not to how much money you can make. Instead of focus on budget and cut a lot of cost. The more important is increase ability to earn.

Integrity:
Having integrity means that we live in accordance to our deepest values, we are honest with everyone, and we always keep our word.
Work hard:
Work smart and hard. Hard work is foundation of wealthy.
Honesty:
I try to write down all real experience which I experienced or think. In finance world, it is full of complicated words and tax. In property investing, it had so much property spunkier mix with fake wealthy creators. It is not necessary to go expensive course and wealthy creation is not get rich course. It is life learning journey and no people can replace yourself.
Respect:
I respect different people’ view and I am not use offensive words to put people down even I am not agree with some of their opinion. Seek information, ask polite questions, give the other person the opportunity to speak and explain. Respect can only be earned, and it is achieved when there is mutual effort applied.
Help each other:
Share knowledge. Especially for disadvantage women and children. Wealthy is matter of finance education in early age and old age. Early age learning will lay foundation for the children to become more finance savvy. The senior people can protect their asset and avoid scam with finance education.
